Eden Method classes
I am excited to offer a whole day class - Introduction to Energy Medicine. In this 6 h in-person class, you will learn basics of Eden Energy Medicine in a small group. It is a hands-on class where you can ask questions, meet like-minded people and learn techniques that bring you more vitality, joy and better health. EMYoga/Medical Qigong classes

I am a certified medical Qigong instructor and currently I am finishing Energy Medicine Yoga certification. I am planning to teach regular classes online. Classes will start in mid-October 2026.
