I have been working on my own health and wellness since 2003, investing lots of time and money and I am happy I did. It was worth every penny. Dealing with many health challenges I learned that it takes time and sometimes many different modalities. In our complex world, one modality is often not enough. We can not get well if our body is toxic. Our bodies suffer when we don't get all nutrients we need because of poor diet and poor digestion. We may have old trauma stored in our cells and our bodies blocking free flow of energy. We need to be mindful of what we are putting in and on our body on a daily basis. What foods don't agree with us? What emotional challenges do we have? And how about our thoughts? Are our thoughts positive or negative during the day? And how about our habits? Are our habits supporting our well-being? One modality can't possibly address all of this.
I have designed these two Wellness Packages for people who are serious about their health and wellness and ready to pursue their long-term goals, addressing many of the underlying issues. All the modalities I use are the building blocks of good health and wellness on all levels and I am ready to help and build it with you.
By purchasing the Wellness Package 1 you will get one full year of complete care including:
* A two hour consultation and energy session every month for 1 year. $2400 value
-Remedies are extra and average (according to your needs) to ~$80-150 per visit.
* 4 Eden energy medicine classes online. In these 1 hour Zoom classes I will present energetic techniques for pain management, techniques for hormone balancing, stress relieve and also how to self-test foods and supplements so you will know exactly what your body needs. This is a skill for a lifetime. ($160 value)
* Access to private Facebook page where you can ask questions, connect with others, and share your experiences. This is a community where we are all members. We can share our favorite healthy recipes, I will share my favorite energy exercises and much more. (community support is priceless and will keep you accountable!)
The cost Wellness Package 1 is $2000 (you save > $550 per year). Remedies are extra.
With the purchase of Wellness Package 2 you will receive all of the above and the remedies for 1 whole year!
